Below is an excerpt from the interview conducted by Vogue Italia with the special guests from Korea who attended the Milan Loves Seoul event.


Another success for Milan Loves Seoul 2025, the event that during Milan Fashion Week celebrated the cultural exchange between Italy and South Korea through fashion


Over 4,000 attendees and an unforgettable fashion show close the Italian edition of the Milan Loves Seoul 2025 project , now in its third edition, while the next edition in the Korean capital next September is already in the works. The event, held from February 28th to March 3rd in the prestigious setting of Palazzo Bovara during Milan Fashion Week, has confirmed itself as an unmissable event for fans of fashion, beauty and Korean culture.


The event concluded with an exclusive Fashion Show & Closing Party , which featured the creations of eight talented Korean designers : Riu&Viu, Nuria, Okiio Lounge, Tripleroot, Troa, Maison Danha, Tibaeg and Vegan Tiger. Making the closing Fashion Show even more special was the collaboration with both Italian and Korean brands in the accessories and footwear sector, including Lipari Eyestore, Vestopazzo, Suisuee Jewels, Pasq'An, Nuosmiq and Finoacinque.


Also for this edition, there were numerous awards given to the Korean designers who took part in the event, offering them numerous training and development opportunities for their fashion brands. Okiio Lounge and Vegan Tiger won the Milan Loves Seoul Prize, winning free participation in the next Milan edition of MLS in February 2026. Okiio Lounge also won the Istituto Marangoni prize and The Cube Archive Prize together with the brand Riu&Viu.


Special guests at Milan Loves Seoul 2025 were some of the brightest stars of K-culture: actor and model  Theo Jang,  known for his recent participation in the famous Netflix reality show Single's Inferno ; actor  Ki Huyn-woo , famous for his role in the BL drama  Jun&Jun ; Joel Lane , famous for having participated in the Netflix reality show Squid Game: The Challenge ; and  Kim Joo-Ryoung , protagonist of the first season of Squid Game . We submitted a special cross-interview to them, who were also the protagonists of an exclusive shooting, to have them tell us about this special connection between Italy and their culture.
